Getting promoted in Rodan and Fields allows you to get paid on more levels- and we all want that! You get promoted when you help your team become Executive Consultants.
First, you want to become an Executive Consultant (EC) yourself. This happens when you generate a minimum of $600 in level 1 sales volume in one 30 day period and fullfill your $100 in the CRP. This can occur a few different ways:
1. Retail Product Sales. Preferred Customers who have the product auto-shipped to them on a bi-monthly basis (free shipping).
2. New Consultants. A new Consultant that you personally sponsor will purchase either the $395 kit or the $695 kit. Two $395 kits purchased in 1 30 day period promotes you to EC\or one $695 kit will make you an EC.
3. Personally sponsored Qualified Consultants. Every Qualified Consultant (QC) is required to purchase $100 of product per month through the CRP. This volume from the QC's on your front line counts toward your required $600 for that month. Once you have 6 QC's, this includes any EC's, you have your $600 of required sales volume covered for the month.
Once you become an Executive Consultant (EC), you want to help the members of your team become Executive Consultants. The new EC's don't have to be on your front line. They could be someone brought into the business by another person on your team on any level. You get promoted by the number of different legs of your organization that contain an EC. for example
An Executive Consultant on:
One leg promotes you to a Level 1 EC.
Two legs promotes you to a Level 2 EC.
Four legs promotes you to a Level 3 EC.
Six legs promotes you to a Level 4 EC.
Eight legs promotes you to a Level 5 EC.
Level 5 is currently the highest EC level and allows you to be paid commissions through Generation 5 of your team. We will cover Generation levels on a different post. However, do not confuse Generations with levels in your organization. You can be paid commissions from far deeper than the 5th level of your organization.
Not everyone is going to become an Executive Consultant or be interested in building the business. Some people will just want to get great results using these fantastic products with the Consultant discount. They may refer you to other people who want to build a business or just get the product discount as they do. Either way, helping them educate and grow also rewards you.
When you do find a person who wants to become an EC and build a business, you will want to partner with them and give them all of the support you can to help them achieve their dreams and goals. When their business grows and their dreams are realized, so are yours. This kind of teamwork builds strength in your organization and is what helps businesses grow exponentially and lives change!!!
