I was where you are just a short time ago so I am happy to offer some suggestions that were shared with me early on and prepared me for what came next!
- Your Back Office is home to a wealth of information, USE IT - for the first week, stick to the Prescription for Success materials as much as possible. These are the basic fundamentals that will help you get off the ground in a hurry by building your knowledge base and confidence level.
- Physically write out your list of contacts, your "why" for starting this business and draw a diagram of how you want to build it. There is something dynamic about actually writing things down so you can look at them over and over. It's crucially important to actually SEE where you are going.
- Take the time to read the emails sent to you from Rodan and Fields Leaders! The emails give you very important details about upcoming events and incentives you just can't afford to miss. Rely on your Rodan and Fields Sponsor! I tell each of my business team members from the moment they sign on, I work for them! Soon they will be trained and that is a beautiful thing!
- Buy this book http://www.beachmoney.com/ - it's a very easy read and extremely insightful!
Rodan and Fields Dermatologists has developed a business system that is not only easily implemented, but duplicates intelligently and is highly manageable. You are not re-inventing the wheel, thank goodness. One brilliant aspect (there are many) of the Rodan and Fields training materials is the fact that as each of us learn, we develop our own presentation style that draws like minded individuals to us...and they WILL come.
We are very early in the launch of Rodan and Fields Dermatologists... the best is yet to come! See you at the beach ;)
